I don't know...I'm thinking the FF fanbase doesn't hate Rikku as much
as Yuna. At least, what I've seen from the FFX boards, and other FF

Rikku's not stronger than Yuna, which is the proof that Ganondorf got
hit with *some* SFF against Samus. Thing is, I don't think it's enough. Though on a side note, I don't trust Samus' adjusted numbers, either. I hardly think that people believe that Samus 2k5 is equal with Mario aside from SFF. If so, why is Samus/Crono being considered a good match for this year? If it is, then you've immediately got to give Crono a shot at Mario again. And I ain't doing that, not right now. --- Do not kill. Do not rape. Do not steal. Wow, I never knew that FFX poll ever existed. I don't care how

You guys do realize at best Auron is only a couple % ahead of Tidus in
the stats, right? That means Tidus could easily upset him in a direct
match. I think, realistically, out side of direct matchups Tidus =

There's a difference between the other older polls and that one --
Auron has over 40% of the vote there. That means he'd get at *least*
that in a match against any given FFX character...making the
probability of him getting that coveted 50% against every character

While we can't extrapolate (LOL!) in 2005 due to Mario SFF, I'm guessing we all think she still beats Sonic without a struggle. Sonic went toe-to-toe with Mega Man in a classic match. Regardless what the x-stats say, Tidus has haters and Auron doesn't. I
think that's going to make the non-FF fanboys swing towards Auron in

I don't think the Ganondorf comparison is quite the same as Peach. No,
I don't like Ganondorf, but I've seen infinitely many more (that is to
say, any) Ganondorf fans than I've seen Peach fans. Ganondorf fans just
like Link more... and I do think he does mooch more than most
villains... but he has his fans, and he has his likable qualities. I mean... when I say I'd take Zelda or Bowser to beat Ganondorf in a SFF situation, I'm only talking 55-45 at the most... not 70-30 or something ridiculous. --- Z1mZum whooped me so bad in the Guru Contest that the next Lopen wannabe is gonna feel it. |

Eh... I guess. I'm always a little nervous when it comes to judging FF characters from their appearances in KH. When Auron is already ahead of Tidus or at least even with him, an uber-badass appearance in KH2 can pretty much seal the match for him. He was sort of just there with a mysterious, unexplained past. Plus, being the side character in the level where most of the action takes place in the coliseum doesn't help, either. people thought Magus was going to win that match, and very few thought

He was sort of just there with a mysterious, unexplained past. Well, other than Final Fantasy X itself. It's obvious from the game itself that his past is at least something similar to what happened during the pilgrimage with Braska. Plus, being the side character in the level where most of the action takes place in the coliseum doesn't help, either. Actually, there is quite a bit of action in the Underworld in KHII. Honestly, I think the fact that he was a party member helps him more than anything. If he had just been a cameo, maybe he doesn't get much. But he could be in Sora's party, and he could do all of his Limit Breaks. In 2k5 I would've considered that more interesting. Today? Auron. And yeah, Auron seals the deal with KH2, where he gets a good long spotlight cast on him. Auron. Like I mentioned earlier, 46% on Ganon after the Nintendo boost
is no joke, and now he has KH2 to draw from. I'd say he beats Zero
