FF doesn't need to necessarily pull even with Zelda in order to win, it
just needs to stop it from going Link/Cloud crazy when the morning vote
arrives. Honestly, I found Cloud's evening vote to be much more
impressive than his first night vote. Street Fighter was the same
way...though RE is no Resident Evil. If there's no morning vote, this is actually a very up in the air match. As it stands, I'm thinking FF will struggle to break 48% when it's all said and done. --- Do not kill. Do not rape. Do not steal. These are principles which every man of every faith can embrace. FF's % from 3:00 to 9:00 against Super Mario Bros: 55.49% FF's % from 9:00 to 14:00 am against Super Mario Bros: 51.68% FF's % from 14:00 to 19:00 am against Super Mario Bros: 53.76% FF's % from 19:00 to 0:00 against Super Mario Bros: 55.41% Right now you're looking at FF's best time, against SMB so... this isn't too shocking. Question is if it'll have the momentum long enough to take the lead and if so, can it keep it. I doubt it --- ertyu and VeghEsther are truly proof that there is much about this world we still do not understand. |

Because Mario > Zelda. Clearly Final Fantasy wouldn't have been close to Mario without massive stuffers. Does Mario deserve to be in the highest scoring match until God Knows When and the Most Impressive Loser for perhaps even longer? OF COURSE HE DOES --- Do not kill. Do not rape. Do not steal. And you can't tell on the updater since it missed the 6 AM one, but
Zelda gained back a wee bit on that last update. Gotta love voting

Yeah, Zelda gained one vote between 6:00 and 6:05. Now is when FF update wins matter a ton. If it wins updates during Zelda's best time, a comeback is a very real possibility. Mario didn't start gaining percentage until 2.5 hours after this time.
Final Fantasy still has some time to trim some fat off the lead, but

Man, I really hope Zelda doesn't go nuts and ruin this come the day

I'd love to see this comeback happen.. I'm not optimistic though. that
