NSMB doesn't come close to SMB 3 and SMW but it is better than SMB and SMB2.

Oh, and I don't make idiotic comments like that, either. I know you don't have any respect for me, but at least you could pretend. That's what I do for you. :p

Giviing false respect is never admirable in my opinion...

Oh yeah, love the Wall Jump.

It's especially nice when combined with the Mini Mushroom. You could actually climb back up some of those deep, large pits in some levels and can wall-jump indefinitely after beating Bowser Jr.

NSMB could've done a lot better, but it had some good parts.

Oh, and the only real problem with the game is that in terms of the final product, excepting graphics, this game should have come out as SMB2 on the NES. Placing it there, you see a great evolutionary chain from one game to the next in terms of level design, items, and bosses. If this game would have been released 19 years ago w/ NES graphics it'd be hailed as a hallmark game today. Instead it is being derrided for ONLY being above average when compared to everything else today.

And who's to say they aren't saving alot of things for NSMB2? Like Yoshi or the cape?

That's... completely irrelevant. I don't care if they're saving every superb level design idea they thought of to make NSMB2 the most kickass game ever created, it doesn't make NSMB any better.

"And you do it far more often than I do."

When was the last time I got into an argument in CSAD? We can count MM/MK, I guess, but I never slung a single insult at anyone other than Shake, and that has nothing to do with me arguing (Shake had been harrasing me for about a week and a half at that point). So then, before that, when's the last time I slung an insult? A year ago? Give me a break.

Yeah, I remember those comments. But in my opinion, they're completely asinine, seeing as the original didn't have a wall jump, a world map, storable items, or anything other than the star, mushroom, and fire flower.

It has nothing to do with going after me. In fact, I don't even recall arguing with you directly before this, to be honest. I just recall your general demeanor towards everyone for a long period of time, and then I remember not really seeing you post very much. And seeing as your demeanor clearly hasn't changed, I see no reason not to continue thinking of you in those terms.

From Super Luigi Posted 7/31/2006 10:12:04 PM #241
I'm talking mostly about on the internet, Of course I would use the correct grammar every time on a resume. But on here? Who cares? Oh, Losers. That's who.

Who obsesses over every post made towards them or a game they like on the internet? Of course I wouldn't act so silly in real life. But on here? Who cares? Oh, teenagers and wannabe internet badasses. That's who.

Because it didn't have your precious flying powerup.

If you're going to troll (and you're doing a horrid job of it), do some research. I've told you hundreds of times why I don't like the game. But in typical Super Luigi fashion, you ignore such reasoning and take everything as a personal attack meant to be defended 'til death.

Grow up a little, kiddo.

This is what happens whenever Super Luigi tries making an argument. His age and maturity (or obvious lack thereof) tends to degenerate things.

I treat everyone as if they are less than me until they earn my respect. And that's not hard, all you need to do is prove you know what you're talking about. My problem in 2k4, which is where you're getting most of that feeling, was that a whole lot of noobs came around talking about things they didn't actually know about. In 2k5 the only time I really got nasty was when someone came along doubting Vincent.
