Then explain to me why Chrono as a series would NOT be weak when it's
essentially relying on ONE game? I don't care if it's the third

Mario was considered to be one, but his destruction of her laid that
to rest -- and yet, the stats have Samus being nearly his equal. But the whole point is that the Nintendo fanbase heavily favors Mario, making it possible for him to rSFF her to that extent. I don't understand why people think things can only rSFF someone/thing in a loss, nothing would please me more than to see Mario/Cloud & Samus/Cloud or Mario/Seph & Samus/Seph next year to finally be able to prove to everyone that Samus is indirectly stronger than Mario so long as it isn't against the Nintendo fanbase. --- Explicit Content Cheer Up Emo Kids |

To be fair, Mega Man outperformed Mario in 2k3 on Sephy and I don't see
Mario losing to him. But then again, I'm of the opinion that Mario got
a fair bit of backlash from what is probably the most controversial

And yeah, I have to go with the Chrono = not that strong as a series
club too. Everything has shown so far in this contest that 2 series
games aren't gonna do so well. And after CV beats KH and Sonic, SSB, it

I'd wager that Mega Man was stronger indirectly in 2003 and 2004 based

If CV > KH and Sonic > SSB I will *definitely* hop on the
bandwagon (though I already have to an extent). But I still consider KH

Yeah, well there's really no other way to prove that Samus is
indirectly stronger than Mario on a common, non nintendo opponent than

well, it's just taking past results into consideration. I love both
Chrono games, but when every two-game series shows weakness, it's tough
not to group it into the field. the only one that's managed to impress
so far is SSB. And yet Chrono Trigger > SSB:M Chrono would be stronger. --- Did you know 86% of all statistics are made up on the spot? |

There's no error, there, Moltar. I've been saying that Fire Emblem and
SH were Grade A fodder since the beginning. I don't see why Metal Gear of all franchises should have a problem blowing out fodder hardcore. 87% I'd be a bit weary of... but ~82.5%? I think Crono is pretty stable. If he has decreased, it's probable a
marginal dive at best. He showed us that he's still one of the top six

cheating into account. And I think Mega has slipped a tiny bit,
too...him losing to Sonic wasn't even supposed to be a possibility
unless he didn't suffer any SFF against Link. Yeah, Sonic boosted, but
I still think Mega 2k3 doesn't let him get *that* close. And no matter how nonlinear I know the Chief is, seeing Crono's performance barely outdoing Aeris' raises my eyebrow every time I see it. --- Do not kill. Do not rape. Do not steal. It would be fantastic for Metal Gear to actually get as high as what Lopen is predicting, but it will not and I will be getting the point as a result!! But Vercetti underperformed a good bit on Kefka, even factoring the cheating into account. Actually, that 70% mark was going through a static Kefka. Crono is only expected to double Vercetti based on his 2004 number. And I think Mega has slipped a tiny bit, too...him losing to Sonic wasn't even supposed to be a possibility unless he didn't suffer any SFF against Link. Yeah, Sonic boosted, but I still think Mega 2k3 doesn't let him get *that* close. Sonic wasn't really out of Mega Man's league even without it. He was expected to get 46.62% on adjusted Blue Bomber. The boost just made it closer. And no matter how nonlinear I know the Chief is, seeing Crono's performance barely outdoing Aeris' raises my eyebrow every time I see it.
