I thought people's sheer annoyance about SFII would be enough. Also, as
ES has two games on the FAQ list on the home page, I thought that might
show that people coming specifically for Oblivion will see the Oblivion
characters and vote for it. I suppose I am wrong. Daaaaaaaamn. --- He wields the blade of a fallen hero, but now he is the hero, and it is the others who fall. He is rising. CERtified user. |

And just to add to the current conversation, Shadow Hearts is the only
series I haven't played in this contest. That being said, people don't
really anti-vote RE, so I forsee a massacre that will get RE some good

FACT OR FICTION: To go back to both the upcoming LoZ/FF match
and the debate about MM and MMX, whatever LoZ gets on MMX will be

I see underperforming written all over MM/FF by FF and massive SFF for
Zelda/MMX. Watch how fast the banwagoners hop next week. In general LOZ
pretty much has the perfect road to overate it. A true fodder first
round, a very popular side series whose its gonna sff 2nd round, a very
popular series its gonna massively sff 3rd round. Then the weakest
final four member. Zelda's gonna be massively overrated in the finals. But then I though the same was gonna happen this round with FF barely tripling Diablo and LOZ destroying Civilization. FF proved me wrong there so maybe it'll prove me wrong again. |

Shadow Hearts has had a contestant in the contest before, unless I
am thinking of another relatively-obscure PS2 RPG series. Not sure how
indicative that might be of possible strength, but maybe it is
something to go off of as a general guideline. That'd be Yuri something-or-other. Lost to Samus in SC2K5. Last place in the stats. Yeah, behind heavies like CATS, Laharl, and King of all Cosmos. Actually, it's because when they were made, nobody thought anything of

After seeing what Final Fantasy did to Diablo, if SMB only gets 60% on
Warcraft, it's gonna get CRUSHED. Regardless of what people say, I

With that said, Final Fantasy doing what it did to Diablo made it even harder
for me to decide what Super Mario Brothers is going to get. Logically,
if Warcraft and Diablo are in the same general neighborhood, Mario

I had high hopes for GTA before Warcraft upset it, and even without
rallying Warcraft looks like it would have done well on GTA. I know it
won't rally as much against SMB as it did to GTA nor would as many
rallied votes do GTA > WC as SMB > WC, but there should still be

And Street Fighter's losing percentage at a rapid pace now. At the 15:20 mark, this match has 76108 votes.
