I argued for Warcraft being a force in these contests years ago, before
anybody had really even heard of World of Warcraft. Few believed me.

Yet more underestimation...Warcraft III is popular. Far more so than
people around here give it credit for. Without WoW the series obviously
wouldn't beat GTA, but it would still show some strength. No way it

I'm pretty sure that as close as this is Warcraft loses if ANY of its

I've been thinking to myself, since everyone is complaining about vote
stuffing and such, would this entry just be thrown out the window and
everyone given a free point? It would sure save a lot of arguing. Or

WC wouldn't be fodder, but it also wouldn't be a threat to a big-name series either. WC with WoW is a potential force. if I had to guess, I'd say that this is one of the less appealing matches to the average GF voter. I wouldn't expect this to get more votes than any match except for FE/SH. seeing it 20-30k votes ahead of where you'd expect it shows you WoW's rallying power alone, and that's not counting the strength it has on this site alone. --- xyzzy |

Of course it would be significantly less strong than it is, but that would still make it a force. GTA is probably decently strong for a mid-carder. 20-30k votes ahead of where you'd expect it shows you WoW's rallying power alone 20K votes from one-time visitors? Ceej didn't need to put Vergil in the picture. DMC is pretty much
focused on Dante. Should have had multiple action shots of Dante in the

Virtually nothing has happened as far as the match is concerned. It's been doing the same thing all day.
