Hey, guys, remember what the best scoring match of sp2k4 was? I know I sure do. Halo Vs. Starcraft? Yeah, and a couple days later poll numbers radically dropped after the poll placement changed. I highly doubt it would have stayed the best scoring match. --- "Dropo! You're the laziest man on Mars." |

Another win for wc, this is a really weird pattern we have here *GTA slowly comes back for about 25 minutes* *next 5 minutes, WC makes a pretty big comeback* etc etc --- There are 2 rules to being a success in life: 1. Never give out all the information. |

I'm still kind of sketchy on why we stopped insta-updating...I know it
was because of Kefka/Vercetti, but you wouldn't think that
insta-updates make it easier to cheat, right? So was it implemented so
that people couldn't get the gratification of seeing the effects of
their cheating, or something? I'm just saying, it's easier to detect impossibly massive spikes when it's live, as opposed to just standard fluctuation. I prefer five-minute updates from an aesthetic point of view. --- Commit it to memory. |

GTA has been making pretty consistent modest gains now, but they're
usually interrupted every now and then by a Warcraft spike (or a GTA
lull) that basically erases all its progress. GTA is going to have to
show me it means business before I say it's getting favored in anything. --- Commit it to memory. |

Nope, it's still alive. I'm going to work, but I'll go ahead and mention that, at the half-way point of this match, GTA:WC has gotten more votes than 34 of the 63 matches we saw in 2k2 finished with. Meh, an unusually low update and an unusually high one; take the two
and it balances out. That's why 15-minute updates are more useful for
spotting trends (though insta-updating would be better for spotting
'fishy' stuff). --- Commit it to memory. |

I wouldn't like to see Ceej take away votes, every time he does it
places doubt in the credibility of this contest. I'd like every ounce
of this match to be legitimate, and for the most Ceej to say at the end
to be, "No significant cheating". Now, of course, put a gun to my head and ask me if either one's cheating, and you're going to get an entirely different answer. --- Commit it to memory. |
