3 am pacific, or about 6 am eastern. Apparantly the downtime is
extended today, to 8 hours. Which means they go back up at 11 am

know what would be awesome? if GTA blew WC out of the water during the
daytime, Master Hand-style. that would kill any and all talk about

Outside of Korea proxy-stuffing, at least. If Warcraft loses a close
match, I think it's safe to say that rallying is BS and that people
will cancel each other out even if they care enough to come to the
poll. Most people will vote their favorite anyway, and I'd assume
backlash comes from the massive amounts of annoying spamming. The
percentages probably level themselves out, but we'll see. We'll never
have a better setup for rallying making all the difference than we do
now. The backlashing seems unlikely though, don't you think? If you're going to go to the site, you're going to vote for the other person just to spite the rallier? You're not really getting revenge on anyone, and, odds are, if you're playing warcraft, why wouldn't you vote for it? NO ONE saw that match being close, either. *also points to self* Master Chief was looking pretty fierce coming in off of Crash Bandicoot. I believe I had an Oracle or something of Master Chief with 50%. Er... maybe not, not even sure if I did Oracle that year. Huh? I'm the only one in this topic that actually really likes GTA?
After playing Vice City, I thought GTA was okay, but the more I play
