Explanation of Extrapolated Standings:
http://sc2k5.com/drupal/node/11

Simple Explanation of Extrapolated Standings:
A = Strongest Character
B = Character Weaker than A
C = Character Weaker than B
To figure out a character's Xsts Percentage ---> [(CvB)(BvA)]/50 = CvA
To compare how C would do against B ---> [(CvA)/(BvA)]*50 = CvB
To figure out how B would do against A ---> [(CvA)/(CvB)]*50 = BvA

I'm fully aware, for once. I wouldn't call it impossible if Snake wasn't so nutorious for his crappy day vote.

You say that like fighting games have a big day vote draw. I'd expect them to fair much better during the night.

So much for Starcraft transitivity. Halo and KH are in big, big trouble.

But which of them more than the other?

BlAcK TuRtLe | Posted 7/5/2006 9:23:22 PM | message detail
But people actually saw this one coming. The signs were all there.

Metal Gear getting beat by alot more than it should have, Starcraft, and the apparant uber weakness of Kingdom Hearts and Halo.

Now the question is who's screwed more by this? KH did worse than Halo, but KH has KH2, which is clearly more relevant to the GameFAQs fanbase than Halo 2. This match could be very interesting.

This all depends on Halo not being screwed to the point that it loses to Castlevania.

I don't see how you can say KH2 is more relevant to the GameFAQs fanbase than Halo 2. If you believe Halo is a more popular game on this site than KH was, drawing that conclusion really doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

I would imagine that Halo 2 brought more people into that franchise than Kingdom Hearts 2 did for it's. It will be THE match to watch in the second round, that's for sure.

But knowing my luck, Castlevania is going to pull a Starcraft and make it to Metal Gear.

I always suspected Nightmare would be trash. I'm glad we can go ahead and see that now instead of seeing him hyped up for the character battle.

And Metal Gear is beating Soul Calibur worse than FFVII would. OMG METAL GEAR > FINAL FANTASY!!!
