I might even start caring about the contest now that it's gonna start at 9PM again. I do like the time change though. It means I don't have to stay up until 3 AM to try and make an attempt for a first vote. Basically we all enter our official bracket in a topic made by either
Ulti or NGamer when lockdown occurs. Throughout the contest it is kept
track of who has the most points according to the offical scoring,
who's mathmatically eliminated and whatnot. The winner of the contest
gets the sigs of every other guru contest entrant and picks one person
who everyone else in the contest has to nominate for the character
battle. If you lose, you have to nominate the winners choice of

Last night, I dreamt that the contest started Saturday afternoon,
Zelda/Civilization garnered 19,000 votes in the first hour, and Zelda
had 92.39%. And the board was going nuts. Odd, I had a dream last night that I missed the entire contest and came back to find out that Final Fantasy won (it was actually being announced on some marquee), and that CJayC was actually planning on having a Final Fantasy VII Character Contest instead of the actual Character Battle.
