I'm thinking that people were actually discussing something worthwile. Anyways, X-stats be damned, I'd still take Kuja over a number of people ranked over him. Sure he may just seem weak, but there's no way I'm taking Albedo, Ramirez, and Mithos over Kuja. I think something went wrong that the x-stats can't answer... Just my opinion, I could be just biased.

As for Zelda beating Snake? Not even AFTER Twilight Princess. Like I've said before, Zelda could improve enough against weaker characters that it may seem like she can beat Snake, but once the matchup actually happens, I'd be willing to bet she slides in nicely under Snake (making her opponent look bad... we've seen it before).

Would anybody take Zelda over Bowser then after LoZ:TP, if not Snake? Bowser's just a lil' weaker, and I'm sure he's #1 to SOOO many less people than Solid is. Add to it the potential for rSFF if Kirby actually got it on Bowser (Zelda > Kirby > Bowser in SSBM, LoZ > Mario > Kirby series-wise) then put it alongside the LoZ:TP boost, and...well, comments?

Nope. Even if Bowser isn't as much as a favorite as Snake (supposedly), I think he still will be more popular than Zelda ever will be. While TP may make Zelda slightly more popular, I think expectations for it are overrated. Unless Zelda's role in the game ends up being a female version of Dante or Ryu Hayabusa or something... <_<

The closest I would say is probably Bowser. He boosted up quite a bit and gave Solid Snake a scare. If they fought against I wouldn't say it's a lock for Solid Snake to win.

Also of note is that fact that two of the most overinflated characters got their ranking from facing off against an elite.
