SC2K5 Favorites - Solid Snake, Kirby, Mario, Leon Kennedy.

You keep telling yourself that. Pit Samus against Snake, and I guarantee she wouldn't do much worse than Mario will tomorrow, if at all.

There is also very little reason for the Nintendo fanbase to side with Samus over Mario. Her games are clearly nowhere near as popular, and she doesn't get the added benefit of the Smash Bros. vote, which I think she benefits from much more than Nintendo's other top two.
