Dirge of Ceberus alone should more than make up this difference. It is his first starring role in a game, where he'll be the focus, everything will be about him, etc. That game is going to be huge for him, especially when you consider the fact that most of this contest has been entirely based off of his role in FFVII. That alongside Advent Children and a potential appearance in Kingdom Hearts II should do it. I don't see how someone could think it wouldn't.

Fiction I don't think it would help him to any visible extent. Anyone whos going to vote for him is more than likely already a FFVII, and therefore doesn't need anymore reason to vote for him.

As I said before, I voted for Vincent today, and I wouldn't have before watching Advent Children a couple of days ago. Seriously, the hype immediately following a release is something else. You're so excited about it at that time.

I was tempted to vote for Crono today, and I wasn't a couple days ago. Vincent's pretty cool in FFVII, but not so much in AC. His cape is probably the poorest animation in the movie, other than Bahamut (who looked like he was summoned by Rita Repulsa).
