I've actually been thinking about submitting pics, and you can be sure if I do a MM/Crono one that MMX will be in it. Its not fair that Snake can use multiple forms of himself like MGA Snake and even Big Boss from MGS3 last year but Mega never gets any X pics

Hey, I thought of something else: this match pretty much proves that 20XXDF was (more or less) accurate. Of the returning characters, Frog and MC were in their own little world, Vercetti/Kefka can go either way, and that leaves Mega Man, Solid Snake, Zero, and Knuckles. We've seen Mega Man, Snake, and Knux perform as strong or stronger than their adjusted value predicts; Zero was the only problem because of his pathetic performance on Mario. But, assuming there isn't rSFF here (which would be rather insane), Zero is around his 20XXDF value if Mario >= 43%BL. So there's that.

To be fair, there was no contest proper last year, merely the SFF Invitational. Now, what happens if Bowser beats Snake and Megaman beats Crono is entirely up to your imagination...

I say yes on both, RPGuy. Well I think Mega Man will put up a bit more of a fight. I think Mega Man essentially = Samus, but Mega Man will be SFFed a little less. I'm thinking 57-43 Mario or so.

Snake can probably manage 45% I bet. Maybe a bit more.

IF Snake gets past Bowser, I can't see him not outdoing Samus. He's had his own reasons to increase as well, so I can't imagine Mario making him look like too big of a chump.

If Snake makes it past Bowser, it wouldn't be so much that he's a chump as that Mario is looking really good here. Samus hasn't shown any signs of falling; rather her wins over Yuri, Frog, and Ganondorf were all very impressive, so we can be reasonably certain she's in the 42%BL range. And Mario has 60% on her. SFF, sure, but I find it hard to believe that Mario isn't at least in the 45%BL range (gives him roughly 53.33% on Samus and roughly lines up with Zero), meaning that Snake has to be around 36%BL to break 40%. Is it possible that he's that strong? Sure. And if he gets 53%+ on Bowser than he probably is. But even after Snake/Sora I'm not totally convinced.

I have Crono over Mario, which seemed safe and in all likelyhood is still possible, thought not probable as it once was.
