Whether or not you think Mega Man can syphon a few "old school" votes away from Yoshi, the fact remains that Leon Kennedy still managed 35%+ on the Blue Bomber. With Nintendo being the machine that it is, I don't think Yoshi will have much trouble breaking 40%.

Sonic the favorite over CRONO? Don't think so. Let's also keep in mind that MM has been facing tougher opponents than Sonic. The biggest thing Sonic has faced so far is...well, just Tifa. MM's fought Leon, and tomorrow Yoshi. Honestly I think Yoshi/Tifa are neck and neck on terms of strength, therefore, I guess these two matches are the only ones that count in terms of comparing MM/Sonic <_<

Vyse? No, you don't need him at all, really. Sonic's match against Diablo more than does it, as it raises him to 39.27% on 2004 Link. Samus didn't exactly look like she's risen either, which would have her at 39.5%. In a case like that, there's simply no one someone could tell me that Sonic CANNOT win. And for the record, Samus is still the highest person in the main bracket, even while remaining constant.



And I thought I made it rather clear on who I was talking about. I talked about Sonic and Tifa, then used "he."
