No reason to count Sonic out of a finals appearance after what we've seen from MM and Crono. Don't bank on it, but don't count him out.

Of course, he'll be jobbing to Mario/Samus there, but them's the breaks. Though I think he'll perform much more respectably if he goes up against Mario.

I actually think he has a good shot at winning the main bracket, in all honesty. I'll stand by him winning the main bracket. Going with a constant Diablo makes is statistically possible. But I know some people have a hard time believing that one.

I have a hard time believing that he could beat Mario/Samus, but I guess if Mario rSFFs Samus, they both got the 'boost' (due to Sonic being adopted Nintendo), and Mario/Zero was all Mega Man dropping off the face of the Earth...nah, Sonic's doomed. <_<

Interesting that there are only Noble Nine characters represented as picks for the win on the leaderboard. I would have thought more supporters of Vinny (and to a lesser extent, Tifa) might have went with the "anything FF7 is a title contender" plan.
