It was not an "extreme miniority." That's quite possibly the stupidest thing I have heard. This board does doubt what Final Fantasy VII can do, especially when it's up against someone like Blizzard. Hell, many people were just as confident Vincent would either lose in Round 1 or Round 2.

And the casual bracketmakers speak for themselves, as Vincent would be have a horrid prediction percentage should he come out on top in this match.

The non-elite FFVII characters don't seem to be monsters or anything, but they'd beat anyone else from the series. If Squall can't syphon away votes from Vincent, I can't imagine Auron, Tidus, or anyone else having the ability to.
