I'm not sure why Vincent fans will be pleased to see Squall win.

Well, they would realize Squall's a better character.

*based that decision off of nothing but bias*

Yeah, obviously, 3600 is beyond the point of no return, the King of the day vote could barely beat the King of flopping once he was down by 2000 (DK vs MC obviously) and so, Kirby can't win, but he'll pull close. Besides, I don't want him to win, I have Bowser in my bracket.

the only way Kirby wins this is if he gets the night vote. I suppose it's possible, but highly unlikely.

Kirby or Zero, who wins?

Wow, the X-Sts are going to look sick at this rate. Just imagine...

10. Ganondorf
11. Zelda
12. Bowser
13. Kirby
14. Yoshi
15. Luigi

Okay, so that's obviously not what will happen, but the 10-20 segment will have a TON of Nintendo in it, as opposed to Square in the last few years.

In the BOP, 111 brackets have Bowser winning, and 5 have Kirby. (22 have Ryu, 13 have Tidus, 1 has KoaC.) If Kirby pulls it off, it'll be the fourth lowest prediction percentage ever, behind Magus/Knux, Ocelot/Pac-Man and Starcraft/WW. Kirby over Tidus is already #8 in biggest BOP upsets.

I agree with HM... it would be terrible to know that anything Nintendo no matter what would be that strong. The only good thing would be if they were all within 2% of each other to make some crazy brackets.

...oh ****, I just called it for Bowser. We're doomed.

1. I just laughed heartedly.
2. While still ultimately doomed, that makes me feel ALOT better (I had Tidus winning, heh).

Guys, is it possible that in these Nintendo SFF matches (Mario/Ness, Samus/Ganon, today, and all the rest with SSB/M characters), whoever's more favored in the SSB/M series will take the afterschool vote? Not necessarily like Master Hand, but we saw what he did against non-Nintendo characters...then Kirby is enjoyed in both SSB/M while Bowser is ridiculed in SSBM.

Could this apply in other Nintendo matches?

I don't... it doesn't make sense that Tidus would be that weak when all the other FFX reps have done well, so there would be no reason for a drop, all Nintendo characters have been doing significantly better, and Bowser has shown that his Spring numbers aren't bull****.

No these two characters are much too close to significantly SFF each other. Kirby just this strong. Kirby/Tidus match was much more Kirby increasing than Tidus decreasing.

% boost, but no change, indeed. This is turning into a pretty fun match up after all. Kirby has gone completely uber this contest. It's ridiculous to think that in 2002 he was so weak that he lost to Jill... The little guy's strength has inflated ^_^

For the record, Kirby has taken off 135 votes in the last half hour. Even IF he maintains that pace, Bowser still wins by 881.

I haven't bought SFF in today's match since yesterday, since Bowser/Yoshi had minimal/no SFF. Kirby seems to be more liked in SSB/M than Yoshi, and Kirby comes from a different series than Bowser. To me, this is Kirby's true strength.

Meh... just because it's close doesn't mean that there can't be SFF invovled. Though I think the only must have game for the DS is doing Kirby some justice.
