Bring back the flexible abilities of Kirby Super Star, I say! (Kirby and the Amazing Mirror seemed to have at least some that were in the league of the Super Star abilites)

Yeah, it does, but most of them were dumbed down. Take the beam for instance. In Kirby Superstar you could do the running jump spiral thing with it, the dash attack, the charged shot, the grab, and the basic firing of the beam.

In Kirby and the Amazing Mirror you can... fire the beam. That's it.

Beam Kirby owns. That was my favorite ability in Super Star. I didn't even mention cutter, bomb, plasma, fire, ice... etc. Heh.
