Explanation of Extrapolated Standings:
http://sc2k5.com/drupal/node/11

Simple Explanation of Extrapolated Standings:
A = Strongest Character
B = Character Weaker than A
C = Character Weaker than B
To figure out a character's Xsts Percentage ---> [(CvB)(BvA)]/50 = CvA
To compare how C would do against B ---> [(CvA)/(BvA)]*50 = CvB
To figure out how B would do against A ---> [(CvA)/(CvB)]*50 = BvA

Well, Snake is hands down the best VG character of all time...

Agreed.

"Life isn't just about passing on your genes. We can leave behind much more than just DNA. Through speech, music, literature and movies... what we've seen, heard, felt ...anger, joy and sorrow... these are the things I will pass on. That's what I live for. We need to pass the torch, and let our children read our messy and sad history by its light. We have all the magic of the digital age to do that with. The human race will probably come to an end some time, and new species may rule over this planet. Earth may not be forever, but we still have the responsibility to leave what traces of life we can. Building the future and keeping the past alive are one and the same thing."

Snake is a pawn, he is of no consequence.

Bowser already has his escape route mapped for the battle with Snake. Why take unnecessary risks?

Mario's defeat is all that matters.

It's very unlikely that Bowser will significantly gain with the day vote. It's more likely that Kirby will hold him steady or make him drop. Their patterns are very similar.

The odds of him making a push with the day vote ("winning it") aren't likely as he'll make most of his head way right here. He'll eventually have no place to go but down.

Looks like Bowser's startin' to get a lil' breathing room, though it's certainly not over.

About Kirby coming back though...sure, he decimated Tidus with it (and probably Alucard and Squall, too), but Bowser's a beast with it too. Here's something worth considering though, maybe: Master Hand. He annihilated with the day-vote twice (against fodder, mind you, but nonetheless)...and Kirby is in both SSB and SSBM whereas Bowser's just in SSBM. Also keep in mind Kirby is much more favored in SSBM than Bowser, too.

Not to say Kirby will win the day-vote for sure (and especially like MH did), but I wouldn't be surprised about it.
