Mario might even manage to take Chrono, and if he does that then I wouldn't be surprised to see him make a dent in the champions bracket. Chrono couldn't possibly hope to take Sephiroth over the SFF, but Mario, if he gets there, has a chance. However, we may be overestimating him.
I feel secure now, at least, about having put him over samus.

That assumes that Zero actually fell instead of Mario increasing, which clearly does not appear to be the case. Using unadjustments for the 20XX Division, it would put him at about 20.65% on 2004 Link.
