I think Squall beat Luigi by a higher percentage than this. Of course, this was before Superstar Saga, which might explain Tifa's difficulty in victory.

Still, Squall I think will be beatby Vincent in a case of RSFF, as FF7 fans will vote against Squall and for Vincent. I do believe Squall is stronger against non-FF7 characters though.

I think Squall beat Luigi by a higher percentage than this.

If Mega Man hits around 70%:

Leon Kennedy (adjusted Mega Man): 23.16% on Link, between Kefka and Tails.
Gordon Freeman: 19.19%, almost equal with Vyse (GFFL, anyone?)

Leon Kennedy (unadjusted Mega Man): 20.84%, right below Viewtiful Joe.
Gordon Freeman: 17.26%, right below Conker and above Sam Fisher (heh heh).

If Mega Man gets the doubling:

Leon Kennedy (adjusted Mega Man): 25.70%, right below Tommy Vercetti
Gordon Freeman: 21.32%, right below Jill Valentine

Leon Kennedy (unadjusted Mega Man): 23.13%, pretty much right where 30% against adjusted Mega Man puts him.

Either Gordon Freeman is looking like high fodder this year (or even non-fodder), he overperformed on Leon Kennedy just because he can't get below 40%, or maybe Mega Man dropped. Heck, those unadjusted numbers certainly look more reasonable to me, but you never can tell.

Has there ever been any Capcom SFF? Zero avoided Mega Man, Dante wasen't effected by Ryu and Proto Man probably is that weak.

Capcom SFF seems pretty elusive indeed. I think Mega Man would destroy Wily with it though.
