Ok, I actually getting Tifa at 40% now.

Based on static KOS-MOS.

[(CvA)/(CvB)]*50 = BvA
(C - KOS, B- Luigi, A- Link)
(24.42 / 34) * 50 = 35.91%

Now:
[(CvA)/(CvB)]*50 = BvA
(C - Luigi, B - Tifa, A-Link)
(35.91 / 44) * 50 = 40.80% on Link!

Now this is looking like...

[(CvA)/(CvB)]*50 = BvA
(C - KOS, B- Luigi, A- Link)
(24.42 / 34) * 50 = 35.91%

Now:
[(CvA)/(CvB)]*50 = BvA
(C - Luigi, B - Tifa, A-Link)
(35.91 / 45) * 50 = 39.90% on Link!

Assuming is drops lower, to say 52 percent.

[(CvA)/(CvB)]*50 = BvA

If Luigi hasn't increase from 04, it would put Vyse down to 11.74% (using current match 54-46), about 7% lower than next year.

Assuming KOS-MOS is constant, Vyse would be at 17.5%, about 2% lower than last year.

And as I said even before this match, I'm certain Vyse has dropped. Again, with constant KOS-MOS you have too many anomalies. You have Luigi > Yoshi, and rSFF should not even be considered until we have any evidence of it whatsoever. If Ryu, who *beat* KOS-MOS, didn't drop, then Bowser is on Mario's level. And looking at Vincent this year and Aeris as well, our first conceptions seem to be true about the FF7 supporting cast being around the same level in strength. People were reaching to explain her performance against Vyse, and it never worked. I doubt that Sonic would be held to 55% against Luigi. Period.
