KH doesn't seem like it would appeal much to casuals
Er, KH sold better than every next-gen Final Fantasy game except FF7 (and the gap between the two is tiny and have probably disappeared already). Of course, that doesn't mean casuals will overwhelmingly support Sora (see Jak, Rachet) but Sora does have the benefit of being a) Square and b) not in a 3D platform game.

After seeing just about every non-FFVII Square character fail to meet
expectations, that's how I feel. I'm also assuming KH would receive
plenty of anti-votes from being... based on Disney characters.
From the current updates, it doesn't look like much will happen until the morning anyway. I don't really know...

Are you comparing Raiden to Alucard? Raiden vs Solid Snake might of

I'd wager that Capcom SFF would be minimal because the RE and MM series
are so different that I'd expect them to have wildly different fanbases

normally I wouldn't bother to respond to this, but I'm bored.
Mega Man and RE have literally nothing, zero, zilch in common. at least with something like Zelda and Mario, it came out at the same time and were two big hits on the same system. to say that there's SFF in that match is ridiculous. they aren't anything close to the same genre, the same style, the same anything.

Mario isn't Yoshi though. Yoshi and Link have nothing in common, other
than company affiliation. Mega Man can still SFF Leon due to the people
who bought RE for the CAPCOM name, but perfer Mega Man. It's not
