It's been so long since I've beaten it. Gotta refresh me, is it that giant skull head thing with the red core? The thing is that the final boss has like 3 forms... so I can't be sure which one was the last or which one you're fighting.

Anyway, what I did to beat him was I had to manage to bring in the triple fireball powerup from an early part of 6-3 (I think) in with alot of... well whatever those symbol things are that power your special attacks. Just spam the fireball thing at him for the win.

The Orange Shuriken also worked but not as well if I'm remembering right.

Oh, if it's Jaquio... well, the triple fireball thing helps alot vs him too, but I can actually whack him with the sword. It's kinda tough to describe how you do it though... unfortunately. I think it's just a matter of timing your jump on those three platforms he flies over and knicking the very bottom of him.

Like I said though... it's been a few years... heh.

And if you can't knick him with the sword by jumping off of those platforms under him, you might have to do it by clinging to the wall and jumping at him as he's coming towards you, so you land in front of him as you're going down but don't get hit.

I've kinda got my wires mixed up... I know one of those worked to hit him. Too bad it's hard to say what I mean anyway.

But seriously, the triple fireball is the ticket for all of those last bosses. It makes 6-3 a huge pain though.

Did you manage to get the triple fireball power-up to Jacquio? (The one that shoots up and to the diagonal... obviously I'm not talking about the invincibility one) Just launch them into his midsection. You can do two-three bars per fireball with them if you aim well.

And now that I've come to think about it better, I think the second explanation is what you have to do to hit him without the fireball. Cling to the wall at a somewhat high spot, leap towards him as he's coming at you, and slice his midsection as you're falling past him.

Yep, looks like Luigi overperformed against Pac-Man last year, after all, like I've been saying since it happened. I just figured Ocelot had enough strength to keep his distance from Pac-Man since he was right around Kefka's strength (a little ahead, even). The picture indeed might be hurting him.

Although I'd say Pac-Man deserves a win. This might be his last contest (or at least the last one where he's put into a winnable situation), so he should go out with a bang.

Reaching back into the last topic...

There is one calculation that would be slightly more favorable for Pac-Man. If Bowser is dropped to his 2k3 level in the Sp2k5 stats, and if Kefka and Pac-Man have remained constant since '03, then Pac-Man would be projected to get 53.28% on Ocelot tomorrow.

I'm willing to blame Bowser for this.

Going back to some earlier posts...

FFF is a stupid factor. Look no further than Guybrush Threepwood, he did way better against Bowser than he did against Ryo Hazuki (in relative terms).

As for discussions about who's fodder...I believe that RPGuy established the VFL because Vyse was character #64 on his all-time stats. I'm in favor of keeping the fodder line at whoever is the 64th strongest character ever.
