Not neccesarily. Genesis came first and really scared the hell out of Nintendo. It was just the Saturn was actually doing well in Japan and then Sega had to spring it on America with no hype and a $400 price tag. Sega killed themselves more than Nintendo did.

Everything still says November 2005 for DoC, but its just like Zelda. You have to expect a delay, because there has been no info on it.

Also last I heard, the game had some serious control problems that need to be worked out. Im talking Geist level control problems.

Seriously, look at the release list. Its all XBox 360 and DS. Sony got to be worried about the PSP, because they have really GTA which is less than 2 MONTHS away and zero hype and nothing else.

That didn't keep the PSP from outselling the DS last month. Software, that is.

I haven't heard a thing about Liberty City Stories aside from the ad I saw last time I was in EBGames. I really haven't seen a thing that's made me want to buy a PSP besides the someday release of Crisis Core.

So do we know what launch titles are coming with the 360 then?

I know there were rumors of KHII being delayed, but I haven't read anything that would suggest it getting pushed back into '06. And I expect that we'll hear something about DoC when Square starts their ad blitzing for AC.

He's dropped down a bit in the past couple of hours but it's more or less what I expected, except that I forgot to move my oracle prediction down a couple of points.

Two days after my birthday... and Bleach is fairly good, from what I hear, so a DS fighting game sort of deal based on it should be good (personally I want that Naruto game for it, but Bandai should be domesticating it soon enough with the Anime releasing here soon).

I'm getting an Xbox 360 at launch and I think it will be killer. There are a few games that will launch with the system that haven't even been revealed yet. Just wait until October and you will see. Even if there wasn't those games though, there are enough to sell the system.

Perfect Dark 0
Project Gotham 3
ESIV: Oblivion
DOA4
Madden
Quake 4
Kameo

...

That will be enough. Trust me.

it's not really on-topic, but this fall, my system of choice will definitely be the DS.

Advance Wars: Dual Strike
Lunar: Dragon Song
Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
Metroid Prime: Hunters
Mario Kart DS!!!!!
Mario & Luigi 2

the XBox 360 doesn't have anything on those games. at least, in my mind. >_>

on topic, Megaman is still performing expectedly. hooray. although, i gotta admit, Luigi's performance yesterday impresses me even further once i realized that he managed a higher vote total against what has to be a stronger opponent. i mean, KOS-MOS has to be stonger than Jin Kazama, right? either way, i'm starting to get even more worried about Sonic's chances to beat Tifa OR Luigi.

So, who's still confident in Mega Man defeating Sonic?

Let's see, an unimpressive performance against Jin, a Tekken character, vs. a decent performance against Conker, who just had a new Xbox game release.

Yeah, you know where I'm going with this.

Oh, and GameFAQs was advertised on G4's Attack of the Show today (by someone who works at GameSpot), so I decided to check the vote totals.

At 17:50, this match has 83443 votes

Ryu/Rikku - 88122
Squall/Geno - 83298
Ness/CJ - 83281
Tidus/King - 84500

We're gonna fall short of 100K...

Unfortunately round one results prove very little. It looks promising for Mega Man, but we still have to wait and see before we claim proof. Claiming he was SFFed is one thing, saying one match proves it without much context to go by as of yet is another.

Oh, and Vincent is going to win the contest, Cloud>Seph>Vincent>Tifa and Tifa>>>>Vyse proves it. :P
