Everyone thought Sonic had a free walk to Mega Man and now Tifa and Luigi are looking like they could kick his ass.

While not much of a gain, Luigi's broken 66%.

Maybe he'll do better against Tifa than Sonic will. Of course, then I'll be pissed because Tifa made us miss an awesome Luigi over Sonic upset.

Then again, he still got beat up a bit by Squall.

I never believed there was any SFF in matches involving Yoshi. They were too close for that. Even there, assuming Bowser SFFed Yoshi out of a nailbiter Aeris/Sora-style, and Yoshi did the same to Luigi, Luigi can still only be as strong as Bowser. And that's a best-case scenario, one I absolutely refuse to buy.

I guessed when I was making my bracket that this match would hardly be transitive. I really just couldn't imagine a whole lot of people looking at this match and taking KOS MOS over Luigi. Everyone knows who Luigi is, and the fact that KOS MOS is good looking and from an RPG can't overcome the fact that she's nobody next to Luigi.

It's not like there's no pattern to the ****ed up results we've seen since the beginning of the contest. It's quite clear actually: Nintendo and 3D Square have risen a lot, and I mean A LOT, for no reason whatsoever. The only characters that go against that trend so far are Tidus and DK.
