Im just saying that these type of stats things happenend in 2003 and 2004 too. I dont know why all of a sudden X-Stats have gone haywire. They were never suppose to be completely accurate to begin with.

Cloud is really bad with the early vote. He always makes huge gains during the day and 2nd night vote.

Vincent, Tifa, and Zelda will be rocking the Final 4 this year. funny thing is, i considered Tifa and Vincent. never expected Zelda to beat Bowser (i'm not saying she will, but ya know.....). i also remember Leon saying i was just plain stupid to even consider Tifa or Vincent for the Final Four. =P

Someone compared this to Samus vs. Lara. This is different than Samus vs. Lara because we have Cloud vs. Vyse as a direct comparison.

This isn't absolutely conclusive, but Tifa is looking very good right now. I'd pick her over Sonic in the Oracle challenge right now, without thinking much about it either.

Tifa vs. Vincent is looking extremely possible.

This contest is reminding me of 2K3. Final Fantasy VII fanboyism might be what gets you on the bracket leaderboard here.

Exactly what I figured would happen. Tifa proceeds to beat the living SNOT out of Vyse, and people jumping not only on the Tifa > Sonic bandwagon, but also the Tifa wins the contest bandwagon! I even caught one person claiming that Vyse must have dropped *sigh* Charmander... I hope you were joking with that. <_<

Once again, even though Tifa looks really good, this STILL does not mean that she will beat Sonic. I've been arguing for the longest that the X-stats aren't necessarily linear. A majority of the voters may like Tifa better than Vyse, but it doesn't mean that they like Tifa better than Sonic. The X-stats assume that if a character is less popular than another, then said character will perform worse than the stronger character in a linear fashion. Popularity doesn't work like that... especially with a lesser known character like Vyse.
