Even if you say Vyse was measured from SC2K4 DK and extrapolate from there, Tifa's at 38.79% on 2K3 Link as of now, above Mario. Using 2K4 Vyse measured from Cloud and from 2K3 DK, Tifa's at 42.09%, just below Samus.

10 minutes into the Cloud/Vyse, Cloud had 74.66%. No joke.
