Snake vs Sonic would be EXTREMELY close theoretically..

Using Ryu as a direct medium for Snake vs Sonic[More accurate than X-Stats when you have a direct person to compare them to]

Sonic vs Ryu 2k4 : Sonic - 55.54
Snake vs Ryu 2k3 : Snake - 57.26

Stats say Snake would win with around 52% of the vote, but Snake has obviously dropped off between 2003-2004 but I believe MGS3 would renew Snake's 2k3 strength..In fact, I would believe that 2k5 Snake will be more powerful than 2k3 and possibly 2k2 Snake.

Anyway, in a direct Snake on Sonic(eww) matchup, I would take Snake in an extremely close match, RE: Sonic/Samus 2k2.
