Now, this is a pretty simple one to start off on eh? Jin Kazama isnt even that popular in the Tekken world anymore thanks to his combat changes after T4, so this is definately NOT gonna be any kind of upset. His dad, a arguebaly more popular character, got beat in 2k2 and has yet to make an encore apperence. Sonic is Top Tier in this contest, and looking out how good Knucks did(even though its going against my bracket, I voted for knucks and Im glad he won ^_^), people are spectlating how well Sonic is gonna do against Mega Man. In all reality, I have no idea why anyone even needs to speclate this one. Two blowouts in two days. This is just a tes to see how high off the diving board Sonic is gonna go towards Mega Man.

Sonic always has the possiablity of beening upsetted, much like Mega Man. Now maybe my prediction is a little low, and hes defeniately not getting upsetted by Mr.Bastard Child here, but Im trying to get really realistic. Im gonna go on a limb and say...about 75.11%. Just nudging in that tripling, and perhaps giving all those Sonic > Mega Man brackets a better shot. Im telling you, this Sonic versus Mega man macth is gonna be a highlight, if Knucks has anything to say about this.

Pardon me while I laugh at how ridiculous this statement is. He has very few lines, yes, but does it matter? Is that his appeal? Not by a long shot.

Vincent will beat Dante with over 60%.

Yes, she's stronger than Kerrigan, but Vincent's 79% is more impressive than Dante's 71%, end of story.

Before Vincent/Kerrigan, everyone kept saying that Kerrigan would be stronger than Diablo. Of course, now that she got her ass whupped, people are suddenly making drastic adjustments to their ideas of her strength to make themselves feel better about their crappy predictions.

Remember, even if Kerrigan is right on the VFL, Vincent is projected to beat Samus. Kerrigan=Freeman, Vincent=Ganondorf, Zero, and Snake. She has to be one of the weakest characters we've ever seen for Vincent not to beat Dante handily.

And really, if you think she'd struggle against Guybrush Threepwood or Mr. Driller, you deserve to lose two points next round.

I got Vincent over Dante and had him over Magus.

I'm just wary of possible threats and Dante seems to be one.

Kujas under JC Denton by less than a percent. Anyway I still say JC most likely overperformed on Mario and is weaker than that.

At his current percentage based on 2003 Squall, Geno ranks at 15.79% on Link, right above Laharl.

Pretty believable to me.

Well think of it this way. Diablo is to blizzard as kefka is to FF6, and kerrigan and terra share the similar role of being the arguable lead in an ensemble cast. Do you have any idea how strong vincent would be if kerrigan>diablo? Unless I'm completely I believe that would make him a clinkeroth breaker.

Considering Terra is weak regardless of how you look at it (and the idea of Dante increasing THAT much is difficult to believe), that seems to be the case. There might be one or two others that might be noticeably stronger than her, but they shouldn't end up being noticeably stronger than Kefka.

For the record, Terra is at 15.95% based on 2004 Dante (relatively equal to Geno, just so you know), and using 2003 Master Chief to extrapolate Crash Bandicoot (since that seems to be the more accurate version), he falls at 15.31% on Link.

So Lopen is right. Terra isn't weaker than Crash.
