At worst, Kerrigan and Overmind are both the mains in the forst Zerg campaign. The entire point of that campaign is to get the Overmind on Aiur. You see Kerrigan for less than half the missions.

That doesn't change the fact that MOST people view Kerrigan as the main character. You are actually the first person to argue against it that I've seen.

Alright, the results page typo was fixed, and I also adjusted my database. This actually wouldn't have caused problems in the displaying of updates, unless you were trying to sort by the "Dante" column.

Thanks to Ulti for pointing this out.

Exactly why is it that no one believes people when they say they are a girl, yet people assume that I am a girl when I make no mention of it?

And my username has no male or female connotations whatsoever.

If Kerrigan wins, I intend to gloat, and I think every Kerrigan supporter should be afforded that right in the case of a victory. So, yes. Although, if I lose, I don't plan on whining.

Eh. Perhaps. But I've known many people who use excessive emoticons - though not on this board - who were male. So I never had that notion that males tend to use less emoticons. And it wasn't until I came to this board that I ever heard that "^_^" is used more by girls. After years in other forums and boards, where almost anyone used them, it was second nature and almost automatic.

I've had a few people ask if I was a girl due to the username - I guess it looks "feminine", somehow.

Having a conversation with my mother? It was an example of her doing her daily *****ing at me. I don't see how there is anything "feminine" about it. So, please do explain. I'm curious to see what, if any, logic there is to that.

People who wear pink are only there to prove to that they have some hidden desire to be female. Those who use smilies, however, are the definition of a man.

I could see a girl posting about it as a "I want to whine about my mother on the board and have everyone make me feel better" type of thing, but I mentioned it as a humorous example of even someone's mother, who knows nothing of the character, thinking that she looked "evil."

Perhaps a girl might've posted that, but the reasoning for my posting it is completely different.

And look, I've gone 6 posts in a row without using emoticons now, including this one. Amazing. I think I might be breaking my addiction.

Smilies, which is far better to say that "emoticons," are really only there, for me, to show something in a less than serious manner. The only reason I do it is because people usually do cannot tell between joking and seriousness.

This is true, but I have the same problem in real life, too. I enjoy the confusion, personally. It seems...so masculine.

I cannot tell between joking and seriousness in AIM, the board, or real life. If I do not see emoticons, I generally have to ask, or guess if I think I know the person well enough.

The only reason I do it is because people usually do cannot tell between joking and seriousness.

It is very curious that emoticons have developed this association, and I know that I've tried my best to adapt to it.

Isn't it odd how

"You're an idiot."

looks like a flame but

"You're an idiot. ;)"

does not?

And the draw of the game originally WAS the single player. Multiplayer become the prevalent draw a year or two after release.

I don't think that's true. I bought the game the week it came out and most people were interested in the multiplayer. Most of the hype before the release came from War2 players who were into multiplayer.
