Eh, no matter how well Dante does today, I still think Vincent can beat him. There's more than enough room between Dante and Aeris for Vincent to squeeze in, DMC3 or not. And that's assuming that Aeris > Vincent in the first place.

This is what I've been expecting all along. Dante should climb over 70% and has the edge on Vincent right now. If Vincent gets anything less than 60% tomorrow, Dante has this in the bag

This does not bode well for Vincent.

I think Dante may have increased from DMC3, but this performance speaks more of Terra's weakness more than anything. As long as Vincent is very near or equal to Aeris, he'll win next round, which I believe he will be and then some.

I'd believe Mog before I believed any of the rest of the characters, now that Terra is bombing. Hopefully she doesn't pull a Kefka and can make it a lil' more respectable come morning-time.

Guys, I think we have to give it up on the matter of SNES FF characters being strong. Just goes to show how strong Kefka is that he can actually compete in contest matches... I don't think anyone else from the SNES ranks can.

I have to say that it's a little shocking that the FFVI characters would be this weak considering that the game is only one year older than Chrono Trigger...and we know that VI has a solid fanbase from Sp2k4. Oh well.

To be equal to Aeris in the stats, Kerrigan would need to be able to defeat Diablo with about 60% of the vote. I'm no Xst fanboy, but I don't even think she can even come close to beating Diablo, let alone destroying him by that wide a margin. Kerrigan's company affiliation is causing massive overestimation, and people are forgetting what the name of Diablo's series is.

Diablo is the most popular Blizzard character by leaps and bounds. BOOK'D.

Yeah. I lost faith in Terra after Cecil, but this is ridiculous. I definitely didn't expect Terra to be doing this poorly.

I was the first person to bring this up, and creativename was the second. I distinctly remember both of us being mocked for that one... because FF6 is far stronger than FF4 and Terra is the lead and blah blah ****ing blah hero:villain etc etc.

Didn't I call Terra to be at Yuna's strength at MAX? And I even gave her the benefit of the doubt then, seeing as how they are VERY similar in character and people insisting that since FFVI is more popular than X that Terra would be at least as strong as Yuna. I figured Terra would perform as she is. I was actually kind of shocked that people expected her to beat Dante...

And this match has NOTHING to do with Vincent. Cloud, Sephiroth, and Aeris have already proven to be quite strong in these contests. I expect Vincent and Tifa to do the same...
