Then again, if you use Tommy's unadjusted stats and Kefka's Spc2k5, it could say something.

Of course, Ceej claims that the guy had no bracket.

Slowflake has called matches and lost before.

The number (vertical) is how many votes out of each group of 1000 (horizontal) came from a IP range from a particular ISP.

I think it's cool that Ceej can even do that in the first place. He can seriously pick out IPs and chart where their votes went like that?

Well, I'd imagine as the site administrator, he can see the IP from every vote. I doubt he has any code that actually generated that graph, he probably did it himself. I think it's good he even TRIES to show evidence to shut up all the sore losers....

I still think that CJayC should not have deleted the cheated votes until after or near the end of the match. That way, if Tommy still won, it wouldn't matter, like Starcraft Vs. SSBM.

Would have been far more exciting.

Vercetti closed the gap and tied the match. He couldn't get much of a lead because for every push he made Kefka gain 20 votes. After a while Kefka started to take off and stopped at around 275 and Vercetti started to gain. At 120 votes down CJayC said there was a cheator and removed 1800 votes.
