He's had one big push with it. He really hasn't done much.
Again, if Vercetti had kept pace like he was doing during the day--ESPECIALLY during the midday, he would be winning now. Even if Kefka loses votes against him, he's not losing them by as much as he would have.

On a related note, what Square characters have had major pushes with
the night vote that have made the difference in a close match? I only
remember Sephiroth in 2002, Frog last year, and Magus in 2003. Cloud
and Crono have both been in close night vote matches and lost.
