Vice City's music IS awesome. Do what I did. Trade in Vice City for a game that's actually good, then download V-Rock via P2P.

Wow, I called this so well a good 6 hours ago. In about half an hour, they should pretty much be dead even, and then they will shoot back and forth until the last half hour, at which point Vercetti will take what LOOKS like a decisive lead. Then, Kefka and Vercetti will both get the full-blown vote stuffing one would expect near the end, and it will come down to when the poll closes.
