So will this pattern continue the rest of the day and give Kefka a win? Cause we've been seeing the same pattern for quite awhile now

Vercetti's gains are bigger and more consistent than Kefka's pushes. It really depends on how much longer TV can keep this up.

This is why trusting the extrapolated stats is a bad thing.

How's that? They called a very close match.

Ha! Few of us believed that. I believed Tommy would decrease (I had Kefka in my bracket until the last few days), but I had a change of heart and but figured Kefka inherently sucked bad enough to lose anyway.

No kidding. If Kefka lost now, this board would never put faith in him again, and he doesn't have much faith supporting him now, with how he's been flopping in these contests.
From: charmander6000 | Posted: 8/6/2005 10:30:16 AM | Message Detail
Well it looks like we have a close match on our hands and it's getting to the point where it'll get so interesting that I won't care who wins.

In all honesty, Kefka deserves nothing more than to lose this match. In three years, he's given his supporters nothing but heart attacks and disappointments. He does not deserve a .500 lifetime record.

Or like saying the ESRB failed us because it couldn't notice data only accessible through illegal means. ZING!

At the rate Vercetti's moving he's gonna be caught up in 3 hours.

From 10:30 until the end of the match, Diablo gained 4500 votes on Kefka. This means that best case scenario is Tommy winning by 3900, down 1800 from the maximum he could win two hours ago. What exactly does this mean? To me, it means Tommy is going to have a very difficult time winning this match.

Losses - Crono, Knuckles, Diablo

He's already at .500. If he wins this, he'd still be at .500 after losing to Crono.

in the last hour, Vercetti has erased 200 of the votes he was behind. if he keeps it up, he will come back. the question is: who takes the evening vote?

and i gotta admit, it's very surreal to see everyone here cheering against Kefka.

Kefka won the night vote against Knuckles...he was basically 50/50 with him at that time. I think he also did well in the final hours against Pac-Man. Vercetti is okay with the night vote (won it against DK, but lost it against Zero), but I'd have to give the advantage to Kefka.
