I thought as much.

And about your question with the Rikku pic, it's definitely the one you don't want to see. Remember the Sonic characters last year? They all got their Heroes models, except Knuckles who got the worst possible pic in a blatant attempt to compensate for Lettuce Kefka.

He's on the rise, but it has nothing to do with the swing that would be expected from a Knuckles/Alucard match, far from it.

Sora's performance today is just as meh as Alucard's yesterday, perhaps even more so. If Sora = Alucard, Kratos would beat Agent 47 with 67.32%. Seems like it should be worse to me.

He forgot the part where people get a tough match right and say it was painfully obvious all along. See: Ness, Zelda.

Well, no one happened to be doing that when I made the comment. Although to be fair, Zelda did have pretty solid reasoning behind her from the start, as long as you put any stock in a Collector's Edition boost. But yeah, niether was really obvious.

Ness over CJ was the most painfully obvious match in any bracket ever made.

Well, there was some pretty solid reasoning for Ness being (much) stronger than what the XS had him at and CJ being weaker than Vercetti. It just so happens that nobody really listened, because Ness was cult and CJ was from the GotY. I do think the outcome surprised even Ness supporters such as myself, much like Zelda/Vivi surprised most Zelda supporters.

That reasoning being Cloud/Seph SFF, most likely. CJ being notably weaker than Vercetti was a surprise for me, though Vercetti comes across as being more likeable to me anyway. And I haven't touched anything GTA, either. But I dunno, I thought GTA being on a seemingly upwards swing here would give it to CJ.

Hello there, underestimation of Agent 47. Just like I said yesterday, if he overperforms, people will chalk it up to Sora looking weak instead of 47 being stronger than expected.

Sora has no reason at all to drop. If anything, he should go up. The only excuse he would have is if he somehow overperformed on Samus last year, or Samus overperformed on Cloud. Both are pretty unlikely, I think.

I don't see why people are saying Sora is doing badly. Even if Sora was the exact same as last year that would put Agent 47 well below the fodder line (fodder line= below vyse right?). Is it really that hard to believe that a character from a million seller could be mid to high level fodder?

Same here, even though Irvine is ten times cooler Seifer would probably do much better and being in KH2 gives him a realistic shjot at making it.

XD at Sora performing like crap.

I'm confused (what's new?), are you saying sora is doing terribly or laughing at the people who are saying he is? I can easily see agent 47 being high end fodder. Why is it so hard for some people to believe that? It's not like the hitman series is obscure. It'd even be stretching it to call it niche.

At 28.96% on Sora, 47 is at 16.75% on 2003 Link. That's between Conker and Fisher.

I already think most of you wouldn't take Fisher over 47, so how about Conker?

77 Max Payne 17.73
78 Pikachu 17.62
79 Protoman 17.30
Agent 47 17.15
80 Crash Bandicoot 16.90
81 Simon Belmont 16.88
82 Dr. Ivo “Eggman” Robotnik 16.59
83 Mithos Yggdrasil 16.33

What a boring place to land in the stats. The only semi-comparable character there is Payne.

At 12:10, this match has 50,471 votes

Kratos/Alucard - 53,075
Auron/Big Boss - 54,875
Lloyd/Wesker - 50,333

Vote totals not looking too hot.

Because you know, we have some idea how strong Kratos and Agent 47 is.

Agent 47 being between Conker and Sam Fisher isnt that unreasonable.

Kratos being between Tommy and Knuckles is also not that unreasonable.

I agree. Agent 47 wears a suit. That means he's exactly at tanner level and sora is performing like crap, even though one of the hitman games is a million seller! Screw logic, I'm sticking to illogical assumptions with no backing!

Actually I think Sam Fisher has more in common with Agent 47 than Max Payne.

A) Both have multiple games that sold very well.
B) Both are kind of lost in the game itself even though both do have personalities.
C) Extremely similiar type games.
