This has nothing to do with B.net traffic. It's a commonly known fact that in the summer vote turnouts are lower in the weekend, ESPECIALLY during the early hours.

Yeah. I just think this looks good for Bowser because Ryu and Snake wouldn't benefit from such boosts (unless there's a surprise Capcom/Konami boost as well, at which point we might see Mega Man over Crono or Alucard over Sora).
