That's probably true. Unless, like Leonhart mentioned, Wesker totally screws everything up and is actually stronger than that and Lloyd pulls a higher than expected percentage against Zero. But yeah, I would assume ToS as a whole is pretty weak.

Considering most of my bracket is based off of no SFF occuring between megaman and link, zero's performance is a good thing. On the other hand Zero is easily one of the best chaarcters in the contest, and as such doesn't deserve to drop so drastically. Oh well.
