Explanation of Extrapolated Standings:
http://sc2k5.com/drupal/node/11

Simple Explanation of Extrapolated Standings:
A = Strongest Character
B = Character Weaker than A
C = Character Weaker than B
To figure out a character's Xsts Percentage ---> [(CvB)(BvA)]/50 = CvA
To compare how C would do against B ---> [(CvA)/(BvA)]*50 = CvB
To figure out how B would do against A ---> [(CvA)/(CvB)]*50 = BvA

I still think it's awesome that the vote totals are so high, especially for round one matches. The spring contest was pathetic compared to this.

So how is Ness expected to do against Mario? I know there'll be uber SFF in the match...

And you think they everybody knows who Wesker is? Even then, Wesker comes from a popular game and he STILL bombed against Kefka. It's not like Wesker himself is insanely popular... he only got 59% on LUCA BLIGHT. Lloyd is the protagonist of a currently popular RPG. You'd think he'd be able to perform SOMEWHAT better than Luca...

I'm going to vote in your topic right now Mumei!

Because we are 100% sure where Lloyd will fall in overall popularity. Yep. It's not likely that Wesker would win, but we CAN be wrong about a character's general popularity... It's not that farfetched.

On another topic, I hope that Zero takes a large chunk out of Mario... preferably a bigger chunk than he did on Mega Man. I'm a huge Zero fan, and it would be great to see that he did get some SFF against Mega Man. It also would make Ryu H. look even better.

Zero is my biggest reason for there being no Noble Nine. I'd already take him over Snake and think he's the next in line behind Sonic in strength. Yes, including Snake, Bowser, Ryu, and Magus. I think Zero is extremely underrated in popularity. He's been around almost as long as Sonic has and has had every bit of opportunity to solidify his own fanbase. Similar to Bowser, he's not just some sidekick character. Zero is the real deal! But enough ranting about Zero, here's for hoping....

If Lloyd bombs, I will be so confused and scared seeing that either more people know who Mithos is, or more people like Mithos better.

If you know Mithos and don't know Lloyd, that's pretty sad. It's impossible for Lloyd to do badly.
