Starcraft's never had a 3000 vote shift. Hopefully someone can confirm it, but I believe that's only happened with Donkey Kong/Duck Hunt and Master Chief/Frog.

Duck Hunt's shift was actually closer to 3,500 votes. Master Chief's total shift was 3,000 votes, if you include his 2,400 deficit and the 600 lead he built.
