Yeah. And after she narrowly defeats Crono, she'll get 50.5% on Sephiroth.

I like to hear how you can have Dante over GANONDORF. You know according to the 2k3 stats, Dante would have the fight of his life with an Alucard who could of been SFF'd! Are you saying Dante vaults him that far past Alucard to beat Gannondorf who has shown a sign of increasing himself?

After Sephy's lackluster performance in SpC2005, Samus over Sephy is certainly possible.

But I still think it's an upset that's extremely unlikely to happen.

Posts without a sig looks ugly, so I guess I need something here.

Technically, Lucid, if she only narrowly defeats Srono, she shouldn't stand much of a chance against Sephiroth.

Here's hoping.

Well, it's all about the Fisher/Luca defense. Those two took "unexpected drops". Tidus also took an "unexpected drop". That's reason enough for me to think that the entire Magus/Tidus/Ganondorf trio is overrated. And, Dante has Devil May Cry 3, which as we've seen from IGN should vault him up to 42 odd % on Link. (that last one was a joke, by the way)

So, four reasons I have for taking Dante over Ganondorf.

1. Devil May Cry 3.
2. The drop of Fisher, Tidus, and Luca.
3. We can't assume Alucard is static either. He could've taken a slight dip last year too. I'm thinking he did.
4. Dante had an atrocious picture vs Sonic... that could've bumped him down by... a little bit at least.

That last group of 11 is really sensitive though, they're all within like 1-2% of each other anyway. If I were to post the same list again I'd probably change it... heh. Aeris would probably drop a few spaces and maybe Tifa as well. You have me worrying about Alucard over Sora more than any of my other picks now...

So you think Samus can get 60% on Mario, but still can't beat Sephiroth? Despite Sephiroth not being able to get 60% on Bowser?

Around 11:00 AM Central-time:

Revolution > PS3 > Xbox 360 19.5% 4316
Revolution > Xbox 360 > PS3 9.89% 2188
PS3 > Revolution > Xbox 360 23.66% 5237
PS3 > Xbox 360 > Revolution 27.5% 6086
Xbox 360 > Revolution > PS3 6.36% 1407
Xbox 360 > PS3 > Revolution 13.1% 2900
TOTAL VOTES 22134

Now, about 9:45 PM Central-time:

Revolution > PS3 > Xbox 360 19% 10299
Revolution > Xbox 360 > PS3 9.39% 5088
PS3 > Revolution > Xbox 360 23.53% 12754
PS3 > Xbox 360 > Revolution 27.62% 14969
Xbox 360 > Revolution > PS3 6.65% 3607
Xbox 360 > PS3 > Revolution 13.82% 7489
TOTAL VOTES 54206

So the differences are...

Revolution > PS3 > Xbox 360 -.5%
Revolution > Xbox 360 > PS3 -.6%
PS3 > Revolution > Xbox 360 -.13%
PS3 > Xbox 360 > Revolution +.12
Xbox 360 > Revolution > PS3 +.29%
Xbox 360 > PS3 > Revolution +.72%

...Xbox day-vote wins out again. When adding the choices from the ones with R>rest and X>rest and compared, there was a 9.93% difference in Revolution's favor this mornin'...and the day-vote changed that spread to 7.92%, which ain't bad. Then, to add to it, I've added the choices with rest>R and rest>X and compared; this morning, Xbox was the least anticipated by a spread of 2.56%...but with the day-vote, that's now changed to 1.09%.

That's a 3.48% the Xbox 360 made up in its favor...for what it's worth.

Fixed myself.

To add a lil' more to it and to clarify, compared to the entire poll, the Xbox 360 love went up 1.01% and the X360 hate went down .63%...thus, it gained 1.64% for itself in that sense.

Dunno if the topic came up, so I'm covering this just in case.

Should there be no delay at all in the contest, unless a huge upset happens in the days prior, Tifa and Vincent should both be eliminated by the time AC gets its release. But here's where it gets interesting... a one-day delay would put Sonic/Tifa right at the release date, and there's a fairly good chance that Vincent would be involved on that day if there are two delays, or a two-day break, or whatever.

Thoughts?
