I'm charming, but I dip into the Prozac now and then.
I did pretty good in the guru challenge but yoblazer did slightly better.

I wish Fire Emblem fans could have decided on a single character to nominate... from what I see, it's a 40/20/20/20 split between Lyn, Ephraim, Eirika, and Eliwood. Meaning none of them will get in...

Fire Emblem series suffers from the same problem as FFVI... so many good characters, no easily discernible "main" one.

Despite being in an 11-way tie for 4th in the Guru challenge, I got totally owned by Yoblazer.

The odds of CJayC starting the contest July 15th remain highly unlikely. That would give us the shortest amount of time we've ever had to create a bracket.

By about 2-3 days. If CjayC shortens the nomination period by a day and only takes half a day or so to process them, we'll be left with 20 days to make a bracket and start by July 15th. It may not start on the 15th but it should start very close to it.

well ulti, the first thing to learn is don't put more than one point into any skills that aren't level 30 unless they are a weapon skill (such as the assassin's claw mastery skill) or happen to be especially usefull. I don't know enough about assassins to tell you how to build one (they sucked during 1.09 which is when I did most of my playing) to be honest, and I never made one that focused on martial arts either. Shadow Master seemed alright to me, and you'll want a couple points in weapon block if you're going dual claw. If you do go with traps do be aware that the best trap blows up corpses which makes for less than happy necros and it doesn't make too many barbarian friends either.

If you're playing on Closed Bnet, then the "cheaters" are few and far between. Botters are much more common, but they dont' do anything to harm you except screw up the economy.

After reading some stuff on the TOS boards, Lloyd seems to be getting the most support, with Kratos close behind. I think those two can make it without much trouble, but I worry about Zelos.

For beginning players, Sorc is easily the best one, she doesn't need very good equipment to be good and Meteor sorc is one of the highest damage skills in the game. But off course I always play Necro, so who am I... ^^
