Why? Ocelot has had a larger role in the series than Liquid. I don't think Shalashaska is stronger than Liquid, but I don't see why it's out of the realm of possibility that he could be.

Anti-Uni was ridiculous. If he was intelligent at all, you'd never win a race against him. All he'd have to do would be to reverse your controls during a critical jump, which usually happens to me anyway.

That's because the voting for this contest is dramatically different than what we're used to seeing. It's possible that it's because it's a "best villain" contest. Normally, the villain is NEVER more popular than the hero.
