Can we really consider Wario a villian anymore? He has been stared in his own games more than being a villian in Mario's.

He's more of a rival now more than a villain. His character now is he's simply greedy than evil.

Vega was a little bit easier for me to handle in the old SFII games than Sagat was, at least with Ryu and Ken since the Shoryuken was invincible on the way up. Just bust him whenever he jumps from the fence, and no sweat. Still, Vega is pretty annoying with everybody else.

If we have new SFII representation, it needs to be Chun-Li. The contest is sorely lacking in females as it is, and I think she should at least be as strong as Bison.

Oh yeah, forgot about Alpha and Alpha 2.

Here's that poll. I'm writing that down. This is probably the third time I searched for it. http://www.gamefaqs.com/poll/index.html?poll=840

Guile and Blanka are so close to Vega that if that poll were run again today I'd bet that Vega could actually be ahead of them. Bison and Sagat seem kinda low though. Bison, Vega, Balrog, and Sagat got SFFed in that poll!

Bowser will out-perform Ganondorf against Sephiroth. No doubt in my mind.

I'm kinda having a sneaking feeling he'll out-perform Mario...

Once again, there's nothing to base an adjustment on if they wanted to. That should've been obvious.

And poor Balrog, nobody likes you. I was not aware that he ever possessed a fanbase.

Bowser technically could outdo Mario's number without being stronger if Sephiroth actually dropped in 2004 instead of being SFF'd. Mario would be expected to get an even 41% on Sephiroth now, compared to his 38.40% from 2003.

You know, I just thought... what if the Hyrule bracket was setup like this?

Ganondorf
Sin

Ansem
Dr. Robotnik

Master Hand
Giygas

Kuja
CATS

Oh man that would've been SO much cooler. CATS taking the 4 pack = instant ratings.

CATS would not lose to Master Hand. If you think Ansem kicked his ass during the daytime, imagine what the Hand would do to him...

And Ganondorf is about to hit 76%. This is ridiculous.

Doesn't necessarily mean anything. Could Ansem beat Master Hand during the day? Probably. Robotnik did it, and as we can see he's nothing special.

I'm starting to be afraid Diablo's going to beat Ganondorf anyway.

I mean, with Ganondorf's performances so far, Diablo really shouldn't win the semi-final matchup. Either way, they're likely cannon fodder for Sephiroth in the finals. I think Diablo would actually perform better against Sephiroth than Ganondorf does, regardless of the result of the Ganondorf/Diablo matchup.

Yeah, Ulti makes a good point there. SIN of all characters "won the day vote" against Robotnik, who in turn didn't lose much during the day to Master Hand. Robotnik is also "losing the day vote" to Ganondorf, whereas Ansem was winning it.

I think Ansem would take the day vote against Master Hand, with authority.

From after the 2 hour mark...

Robotnik Vs. Sin

57.22 to 51.32

Robotnik Vs. Master Hand

66.61 to 59.50

They're about the same, really. Master Hand cut in a little more, but he's Nintendo so that's to be expected.

Robotnik didn't lose any more against Sin than he did against Master Hand. He peaked about half an hour into the match, and he gradually lost percentage the rest of the way through.

By the earliest you could really consider the morning vote to begin (about 5 hours in), Robotnik was already almost down to 55%. By the time we hit the afternoon vote, he was under 54%.

Ouch. There were only three characters(now approaching two) that could have beaten CATS in the Triforce Divsion. CATS was unlucky enough to have to face one of them in Round 2. Ansem didn't fare much better. "Obvious" win over CATS followed by a decimation by Ganondorf. He could very well have swept the other side of the division.

Kuja [Ganon] has fallen below Sigma. The only characters he could beat are Andross, PH, Tenpenny [Seph], Luca Blight [Kefka], and Giygas.

If Kuja [CATS] is accurate, meaning that the Magus/Ganondorf/Tidus trio is overrated, then the only characters that Kuja can beat are Giygas, Tenpenny [Seph], and Pyramid Head. If Robotnik falls under 23.4%, PH > Kuja, and if Robo falls under 23%, OT [2k3 Seph] > Kuja.

Minor typo'd!
