I'd love to see Diablo beat Ganon. There's little to no chance of it at all, and it would cause a ton of characters to be overestimated as hell, but it would still be awesome to see.

Kefka is stronger than ever obviously but there's no way he could topple Liquid Snake. This match is sure to be interesting but I think Diablo will take it. By the way, great job to CJayC for making what is obviously the "Pic of the Contest" by far. Classic recognizable pics of both characters. This'll be a good one.

Nothing would be more recognisable then a laughing sprite kefka. Then again that wouldn't fit into the current picture at all, and would be incredibly out of place.

All those with scores 7 or less got the match wrong.

For once we have multiple groups get the match perfect. The perfects, -1's and -2's all got the match correct. And for the first time in a while, nobody fell off the Top 50.

I wouldn't expect Kefka to do nearly as well with the day vote as Bison did, which kept pretty even with Diablo from what I saw. If Kefka cannot get a big lead tonight, he'll be losing it all tomorrow.

Kefka excels at the board vote. He led Knuckles for over an hour. This is also Diablo's weakest time of the vote. Taking all of that into consideration, I was actually expecting it to be worse than this.

Bison led by 190 and then got beat by thousands. Kefka will probably build a larger lead than that, but I expect that he too will get beat.

Heroic Mario's cowardly anti-FFIII/VI bias should not let you lose faith. Kefka is bringing this one home.

Kefka needs a huge lead going into the day vote... So far he's shown nothing to make me think he'll have that.

Funbox, just so you're aware kefka lead for an entire hour against knuckles last year, just to lose with under 43% of the vote. Diablo on the other hand is at his weakest right now.

Kefka has shown previous tendencies to do exceptionally well during the night (Kefka/Knuckles immediately springs into my mind), but he's more likely to fall apart as the night progresses and/or the day gets here. Unless he does something big now, he's going to get raped by Big D.
