Robotnik vs. Wily: Who wins?
That's the championship match in my favorites bracket.
I would vote Wily, but Robotnik would win a match between the two.

It's strange how the 2 seeds bombed this time instead of the 3 seeds.
We'd only had one 2 ever lose to a 7, and this contest, it happened
twice. Liquid Snake's the only two left, and he disappointed greatly
against Lavos.

I'm not sure, but I see no evidence to suggest a Master Hand comeback.
Robotnik's lead has reached nearly 600 in just half an hour. It looks
like I lose my perfect, and my main is back in the hunt.

Nobody has ever come back from this large of a percentage gap. Donkey
Kong never broke 57% on Duck Hunt and Duck Hunt never made a successful
comeback. This is over twice that gap. Master Hand maybe the master of
the day vote, but he still needs a miracle to pull off the comeback.

Not that strange, since Final Fantasy X is much more popular than IX. And Sin dominates discussion in X.

If I had picked ****in' Diablo to win Ruin instead of Ridley, I would
be little more than a coin-flip away from a perfect bracket right now.
Jesus...this is assuming Robo wins now. I still wouldn't count out the
hand yet though; it jumped from about a 350-lead half-way through the
match to finishing about 5,500 votes ahead.

If this doesnt start to look better soon, I'm gonna be confident that
Kuja's loss was due to the trance-vestite vs. LASER HAND picture. I
still have problems with Sin>Kuja, let alone by this much.
And, um, where the heck was the support that got Kuja a 2 seed?

Kinda anti-climactic.

Wow...this is like...so...wrong. Sin > Kuja...but not enough to beat
Robotnik.. I mean, what the ****?! You have got to be kidding me. CONSPIRACY'D
At least I was correct about one thing: People DO care about Sin...even more than Kuja....nomination stats don't lie to you. X_x'
(I wonder if any big SSBM sites has this battle linked...and I'm going to be on a field trip all day and might not be back until 7:00 PM EST...or later..so don't even say I'll do something.)
None of the group got this perfect. Not even the perfects. One of the perfects had Ansem beating Ganondorf. One of the perfects had Ansem beating Ganondorf. One of... *sigh* moving on...
I had to laugh at this. XD

wow, talk about anticlimactic. I suppose MH could catch up if it gets
that insane day vote again, but it's not looking likely. if Diablo /
Kefka doesn't give us a close match, this is officially the most boring
contest ever.
I can't believe Kuja is so weak. how did nobody play ff9? I never hear people say they dislike ff9, and everyone seems to like Kuja, so I just assume nobody's played it. anybody have ff9 sales numbers compared to, say, ff8?
