So, has there been much talk about Wily vs. Ocelot after Wesker's poor
showing? I'm a bit surprised that so many still think Revolver Ocelot
will be the victor. I was pretty stubborn about taking Wily to win
Round 2 after Ocelot/Nemesis and Wily/Ultros, but now I'm thinking
he'll win. Then again, Liquid Snake looked great...talk about opposite
performances. >.<

Honestly, Seifer is in all probability the 2nd strongest FFVIII character. I don't know exactly how close he is to Squall, but the only character from the game I think could be stronger than him is Laguna.

Well, there's been a lot of speculation on the possibility of Nemesis > Wesker.
I'm still confident in Ocelot myself.

Hm, maybe you're right. If Nemesis could beat Wesker 60/40 that would
still give enough room for an Ocelot victory...ooh, I don't know what
to think.

Nemesis would just need to beat Ultros 60/40, which I think it could manage.

Anyone who thinks Nemesis would be within even 20% of Wesker is
diluting themselves. Wesker is leaps and bounds ahead of Nemesis.

Yeah, because there's no way a mere undeveloped monster could be more popular than one of the most developed villains in the series.

Nemesis was on the front cover of a game, by picture and name, while
Wesker was not. And this is far different from Gordon Freeman's
situation. More comparable to Diablo, I say. Wesker wasn't in RE4, and
I don't think RE2, either, and those were the two biggest RE games. I
think Wesker is somewhat cult.

Wesker is more of a behind-the-scenes villain from what I can gather,
and from what we've seen from Ocelot, that doesn't seem to go over well
with the voters.

Interesting point. I've played small amounts of the MGS and RE series,
but never got into any of them. I wouldn't have known about Wesker nor
Revolver Ocelot without visiting message boards, and I always knew who
Nemesis was. :P

Well, Ocelot seems to be more visible in MGS than Wesker does in RE,
but that still doesn't change the fact that he always appears to play
second banana on the surface (though quite the opposite is true in
reality).

Playable yes, but only in a bonus mode. If RE4 was his only appearance
then that wouldn't help him much in the contest. His strength comes
from his presence in the other RE games. But even there, I can't say
that his impact is as great as some of you imply.

questioned.
So in order to save myself from going off at the mouth, I'm stopping myself now.

What if the after-school vote came from people returning home, spanked

It sounds crazy...

Lucid Faia's Ultimate Guide To Hulking Up, v1.0
Have you ever had a problem you were sure you couldn't solve? Being harrassed by bill collectors? Is the teacher making an example out of you in front of the whole classroom? Are you getting your ass handed to you by Andre the Giant? Wishing there was a solution? Well, now there is.
Introducing Lucid Faia's Guide To Hulking Up. In this guide, I, Lucid Faia, will teach YOU how to Hulk Up, just like Hulk Hogan.
You may ask yourself, "What are the advantages of hulking up?" Well, first of all, when hulking up, nothing can hurt you. That's right, nothing. It doesn't matter if Solid Snake is snapping your neck from behind while Triple H is hitting you in the face with his favorite sledgehammer; it won't even faze you. This is due to an overactive adrenal gland, one of the effects of hulking up. Next, when you hulk up, everyone in a twelve-mile radius will simultaneously mark out for you, regardless of your face/heel alignment. People will applaud, cheer wildly, and chant your name if they see you hulking up. You can be the most hated person alive and people will still go crazy. And finally, hulking up gives you a spychological edge over your opponent. I don't care who your opponent is; when they see you hulking up, the look on their face will be one of absolute terror.
"Sounds great! But, how exactly do I hulk up?"
I'm glad you asked. Hulking Up is a complicated process, and should not be taken lightly. After all, you are drawing power from the strongest force in the universe, Hulkamania. First, quickly turn your head and glare at your opponent, while accelerating your breathing. Make sure to open your eyes as wide as you can. This will let your opponent and everyone else know that the hulk up is coming. Watch as everyone drops whatever it is that they're doing and gasps in excitement. Next, no-sell everything your enemy throws at you. I don't care what they do to you; you won't even feel it. Most of the time, your opponent will just stand there, petrified with fear. If they do attempt to punch you or something, to knock you out of your "Hulk Up" state, just shake your head at them, and then proceed to the next step. Finally, start stomping around your immediate area while shaking your arms (or "pythons") wildly. You are now hulking up, and your adversary's fate is sealed. A few punches, a big boot, and a leg drop later, and your problems are solved.
Hulking Up can be used anywhere. If you're being bothered by Jehovah's Witnesses at your front door, hulk up and drop the big leg on them. Your average Hulkamaniac is stronger than any god. If your professor is yelling at you in front of everyone for being late, hulk up and give him an irish whip... right through the window. Someone must have forgotten to tell Mr. Professor that Hulkamania is unstoppable, and that it will live forever. And finally, if Andre The Giant is kicking your ass, hulk up, pick him up, and slam him. 90,000+ fans will be going nuts as you marvel at your own strength.

I hope you've enjoyed this guide. I hope that it will help you in your life, just as it has in mine. Positive feedback and donations are welcome.
