Why, then, should I listen to your accusations about things I had nothing to do with (because I'm obviously just like the people who made Jjukil leave though I have no idea who did it, how, or why) and misunderstandings? I could understand if an entire sentance was so ****ed up that it came across to you wrong, but you just plain don't even seem to pretend to try to understand. If I jump all over you I'm 99% of the time joking unless you got involved with my conversation when it's none of your business. If I talk smack to you theres nothing personal intended UNLESS I said something to someone else, and you were dumb enough to comment on it. Remember that, it'll serve you well. Also, don't treat me like I'm stupid because I come up with crazy ideas. If you'd have paid any attention whatsoever you'd realize that I of all people am more aware of how crazy they are. And I'll never state them as fact OUTSIDE OF A JOKING MANNER. If I say "SoM would beat Sonic 2 in a direct match" or even imply it, guess what? I'm making a funny! It's within the realm of possibility AND I'd like to see it, but not even I 100% believe it and won't until I see it. You just need to get a grip on who you're tlakign to. I offer you these little tidbits, I tell you how you're supposed to take it, do you listen? No. It's sad. Look, before you and I had any issue I spend thousands and thousands of words arguing with smitelf. Do I seem to have nay problem with her? Nope. It doesn't even seem to me that she holds animosity either. In fact, the further we go into the contest the more often we seem to be agreeing. Wow, imagine that, it's as if I can *gasp* disagree and even argue incessantly yet hold 0 animosity AND even, perhaps given the chance, take steps towards being friendly with the people I argue with. Imagine that.... no, please, imagine, because I want you to stop acting like a **** just because you won't bother trying to understand what I'm getting at.

I can wish for it to be true, and it may even turn out as such. We'll just have to wiat and see. You know, unlike slang there who is going to throw it out as idle chatter because, hell, we base out knowledge on LttP blowing out SM and jump to insane conclusions based on false evidence rather than speculaion and possibility that could or could not be proven ture. Mind you this specualtions isn't die hard belief, but hopefulness, and that is far, FAR worse than jumping to innacurate conclusions and believing it fully.

I'm not comparing 2d to 3d, I'm comparing games that were done excellently in 2d to games that werent done quite as well in 3d. OoT can be an acception to this rule, as most people say it's better 3d, but I think Zelda's older style of gaming was much more enjoyable. The sonic games, however, were flatout poorly made when they were made in 3d. The first two had glaring flaws that Mario 64 didn't have while still being a similar style of game and coming out half a decade later. These flaws were never fixed in that GC translations either. I give no quarter to repeated and uncorrected errors.

Oh believe, me, I had fun playing SA and even overlooked the flaws while playing it. That doesn't mean I won't point out those flaws while I talk about it. Yes, I enjoyed SA, I honestly did, but nowhere near the level the 2d games gave me. Remember, I'm a man of extreme and I exaggerate things to make a point.

I wonder if Ceej will actually listen to the concerns voiced in the petition concerning the new summer contest format? I doubt it but it would be nice if he could at least put up some kind of disclaimer like "I realize some of you are skeptical about the new format for the contest but I ask you to keep an open mind because I think it will work out well" to at least acknowledge the existence of protest.

With now a 3000 vote lead, I concede in my support of FFVI. I had previously been excited when it opened to an early lead, yet it could not truely build, and stalled until the day vote. I admit wrongness in my predictions.

It's not quite 3k yet, but yeah, this match is over. That's okay though, because no matter how "over" it is, it was still a damn good match.

I think, wait, not, I know exactly how to prove which game is superior. We, get this, wait till the match happens! Oh My ****ing God! I figured it out! Instead of jumping to conclusions like "Zelda massacred SM, so it's gotta win the division" we just wait til it happens like I've been saying since LttP beat SM. I mean, honestly, do you people think that I've gone insane? I haven't changed my opinion at all. There isn't a clear favoite, and we just have to wiat and see what happens. Maybe you didn't catch the layer upon layer of sarcasm, but I'm not saying that there is no way CT can lose. I'm not even saying it's a real clear favorite. It's got the edge, no doubt, but not enough so that I should think it can't be beaten. I lean, at best, 60/40 in favor of CT. LttP finally faces a real opponent, FF6, and it does worse than expected. That means more to me than a SFF match or a match agianst a nobody, but it doens't mean I'm prophecying CT's envitable win. I did, however, sarcastically say **** like that to remind some people that they were, yes, acting like fools when they predicted LttP to win the division just because it had a good match against an inferior game from the same company.

I can't believe that everyone completely dismisses the possibility that FFVI is stronger than CT. Has nobody learned the lesson of Bowser vs. Yoshi? Popularity in Polls of the Day can be completely different than popularity on the site. FFVI could be a lot closer to FFVII than most people think, and the original Zelda a lot closer to LttP. Don't try to apply PotD logic to the Spring Contest.
